NUT Kano State Wing Mourns Late GGSS Gaya Vice Principal, Condoles with Teachers and Family

The Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT), Kano State Wing, has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Malam Bashir Idris, the Vice Principal of Government Girls Secondary School (GGSS), Gaya.

In a condolence message, the union described the late educationist as a dedicated, hardworking, and highly respected teacher whose commitment to the development of education and the welfare of students earned him the admiration of colleagues and the community.

The NUT said the passing of Malam Bashir Idris is a great loss not only to Government Girls Secondary School Gaya, but also to the entire teaching profession in Kano State.

The union extended its heartfelt condolences to the family of the deceased, the management and staff of Government Girls Secondary School, Gaya, teachers across Gaya Local Government Area, friends, and associates, praying that Almighty Allah grants them the strength and patience to bear the irreparable loss.

The union also prayed for Allah (SWT) to forgive the late Malam Bashir Idris, have mercy upon his soul, and admit him into Aljannatul Firdaus.

“Indeed, to Allah we belong, and to Him we shall all return.”
