GSS Unguwar Gano Students Visit Mambayya House, Receive Textbook Donation from BUK

Students of Government Secondary School (GSS) Unguwar Gano, Kano, paid an educational excursion to Mambayya House, Bayero University, Kano (BUK), as part of the school’s extra-curricular activities marking the end of the third term.

During the visit, the students explored the historic Mallam Aminu Kano House, where they gained valuable knowledge about the life, legacy, and contributions of the late nationalist and renowned statesman, Mallam Aminu Kano.

In a significant gesture of support for education, Mambayya House, BUK, donated a bundle of textbooks to GSS Unguwar Gano. The donation is intended to complement the school’s efforts in promoting quality teaching and learning while encouraging students to cultivate a stronger reading culture.

The school management expressed profound appreciation to the management of Mambayya House, Bayero University, Kano, for the generous donation and the warm reception accorded to the students throughout the visit.
