KSSSSMB Staff Bid Farewell to DAGS, Offer Gifts in Recognition of Service

The Management and staff of the Kano State Senior Secondary Schools Management Board (KSSSSMB) have bid farewell to the Director of Administration and General Services (DAGS), Aminatu Rufai Waziri, following her transfer to the Kano State Healthcare Management Board. The send-off gathering, organised by the AGS Department staff, was held at the Board’s headquarters.

Speaking at the occasion, the Executive Secretary, Hon. Rabi’u Sale Gwarzo, commended the outgoing Director for her commitment, diligence and contributions to the administration of the Board. He acknowledged her role in supporting the Board’s operations and maintaining effective administrative coordination.

He wished her success, good health and fulfilment in her future endeavours, while urging staff to sustain the spirit of cooperation and dedication to duty.

In her remarks, Aminatu Rufai Waziri expressed appreciation to the Executive Secretary, management and staff for their support and cooperation throughout her tenure. She also encouraged staff to remain committed to their responsibilities and continue working towards the achievement of the Board’s objectives.

In their separate remarks, some management directors, staff of the Administration and General Services (AGS) Department, and the Chairman of the Academic Staff Union of Secondary Schools (ASUSS), Comrade Abdu Usman Yalo, appreciated Aminatu Rufai Waziri for her dedication, commitment and contributions to the effective administration of the Board. They described her as a supportive colleague and wished her success in her new place of assignment.

The occasion also featured the presentation of gifts by staff of the Administration and General Services (AGS) Department to the outgoing director in recognition of her service to the Board.
