AOPSHON Kano Confirms New Leadership for Gwale LGA
The Kano State chapter of the Association of Primary School Head Teachers of Nigeria (AOPSHON) has officially inaugurated newly elected executives for its Gwale Local Government branch.
The swearing-in ceremony was conducted in a closed session at the Buhari Islamiyya Hall located along Aminu Kano Way. The event was presided over by Comrade Ibrahim Abdulhamid, who led the oath-taking process for the new officials.

In his remarks, Comrade Ibrahim Abdulhamid urged the newly inaugurated leaders to discharge their duties with integrity, fairness, and a strong sense of accountability, emphasizing the need to avoid bias in leadership.
Speaking on behalf of the new executives, Chairman Hassan Yahaya assured members that the leadership would operate an inclusive administration, working collaboratively with all stakeholders to advance education in Gwale Local Government and Kano State at large. He stressed the importance of consultation and unity, noting that meaningful progress can only be achieved through collective effort.
Yahaya further pledged that the association would prioritize the professional growth and development of head teachers, ensuring improved leadership standards across schools.
Meanwhile, the immediate past chairman of AOPSHON, Comrade Aminu Bala Warure, expressed his readiness to support the new leadership with guidance and advice to help the association achieve greater success.
