Stakeholders Applaud Gwarzo’s Transformational Leadership at KSSSSMB, Urge Greater Recognition

Teachers, school administrators, alongside members of the Parents-Teachers Association (PTA) and School-Based Management Committees (SBMC), have expressed strong satisfaction with the leadership of Honourable Rabi’u Saleh Gwarzo as Executive Secretary of the Kano State Senior Secondary Schools Management Board (KSSSSMB).

The stakeholders affirmed their confidence in his leadership style, describing it as inclusive, selfless, and driven by a genuine commitment to advancing education in Kano State. They noted that Gwarzo demonstrates a high level of dedication in supporting the vision of Governor Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, particularly in strengthening the education sector.

Some teachers, PTA and SBMC officials, as well as Zonal Directors, remarked that since the establishment of the Board, there has been no leader as proactive and development-oriented as Gwarzo. They credited him with introducing meaningful reforms, fostering unity among the Board’s management, and creating a conducive working environment across schools.

Notably, they emphasized that no school principal has raised concerns over his leadership, reflecting widespread approval and confidence in his administration.

The stakeholders further commended the Kano State Governor for appointing a capable representative to lead the Board, while calling on him to further recognize and elevate Honourable Rabi’u Saleh Gwarzo, citing his proven competence and dedication to effective leadership.
