NUT Applauds Bilkisu Maimota’s Landmark Appointment as Kano Head of Service

The Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT) has congratulated Hajiya Bilkisu Maimota on her historic appointment as the Head of Service of Kano State, describing the development as a significant milestone for gender inclusion and merit-based leadership in governance.

In a press statement issued on Friday, the union noted that the appointment reflects Hajiya Maimota’s competence, dedication, and years of exemplary service to the state.
