OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

NOTICE OF JANUARY 2026 PROMOTIONAL INTERVIEW EXERCISE

The Kano State Senior Secondary Schools Management Board (KSSSMB) wishes to inform all eligible staff members due for promotion in January 2026 that the promotional interview exercise will take place as scheduled.

All concerned candidates are required to carefully study the circular attached to this notice and ensure full compliance with the stated guidelines and requirements.

In line with the provisions of the circular, all affected candidates are hereby directed to submit the following documents to the Department of Promotion and Discipline on or before the date of the interview:

1. TRCN Licence or Certificate(or its recognized equivalent)

2. Duly Completed APER/Evaluation Forms

3. Valid Medical Certificate

Compliance with these requirements is mandatory for participation in the interview process.
