AOPSHON Bans Unauthorized Meetings of Head Teachers in Kano State

The (AOPSHON), Chapter, has announced a total ban on all meetings of Head Teachers conducted without prior approval from the State Chairman.

The State Chairman of AOPSHON, , made this known while dissociating the association from a recent meeting held in Gwale Local Government Area. He stated that the association did not authorize the gathering and therefore does not recognize its outcomes.

Comrade Sumaila emphasized that, going forward, AOPSHON in Kano State will not tolerate any individual or group organizing meetings across Local Government Areas with the intention of inciting Head Teachers or primary school teachers. He further stressed that even Local Government branch executives must seek and obtain approval from the State Chapter before convening any meeting.

He warned that disciplinary actions will be taken against any member who violates this directive.

The Chairman also reaffirmed the association’s commitment to safeguarding its unity and integrity, noting that it will no longer allow any individual to undermine or conspire against the organization.

AOPSHON hereby calls on all Head Teachers across the 44 Local Government Areas of Kano State to boycott any meeting that contravenes the association’s constitution.
