AGGRIEVED MEMBERS PASS VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE ON THE CHAIRMAN, MALLAM AMINU KANO IDEOLOGY REVIVAL ORGANISATION ALH. BAKARI BAKO TUDUN NUFAWA.
We, the undersigned concerned and aggrieved members of (Mallam Aminu Kano ideology revival organization) wish to inform all members, stakeholders, and the general public of our decision to pass a vote of no confidence in the leadership of the Chairman, (ALH. BAKARI BAKO TUDUN NUFAWA).
This decision has become necessary, following persistent concerns regarding the manner in which the affairs of the organization has been managed under the current leadership.
Our concerns include, but are not limited to:
Lack of transparency and accountability in the management of the organization’s affairs and resources.
Failure to adequately consult members on important decisions affecting the organization.
Marginalization and exclusion of members from legitimate organizational activities and decision-making processes.
Failure to uphold the constitution, rules, and established procedures of the organization.
Poor communication and lack of openness between the leadership and members.
Decisions allegedly taken unilaterally without adequate consideration of the interests and opinions of members.
Failure to address repeated complaints and concerns raised by members through appropriate channels.
We wish to make it clear that our action is not motivated by personal hatred or an attempt to undermine the organization. Rather, it is a legitimate expression of concern by members who believe that the organization deserves responsible, transparent, inclusive, and accountable leadership.
OUR POSITION
In view of the foregoing concerns, we hereby declare that we have lost confidence in the ability of the Chairman, (ALH. BAKARI BAKO TUDUN NUFAWA), to continue to effectively lead the organization.
We therefore call for the matter to be formally considered in accordance with the organization’s manifestoes and applicable rules, including the convening of an appropriate meeting where members can freely deliberate and vote on the motion of no confidence.
We further call on the Chairman and other members of the leadership to respect the rights of members and to ensure that any process arising from this declaration is conducted peacefully, transparently, and fairly.
We remain committed to the unity, progress, and development of (Mallam Aminu Kano ideology revival organization). Our objective is not to destroy the organization, but to strengthen it by promoting good governance, accountability, fairness, transparency, and respect for members.
We therefore urge all members to remain calm, law-abiding, and committed to resolving our differences through the established and democratic procedures of the organization.
