NUT Bichi Branch Distributes Ramadan Food Support to Teachers, Unions

The Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT), Bichi Local Government Branch, has distributed Ramadan support packages to selected teachers, LGEA, ZED and unions(AOPSHON , ANCOPSS & SUPA) officials as part of efforts to assist members during the holy month.

The items distributed included food supplies such as pasta and bags of Rice aimed at easing the financial burden on teachers while observing the Ramadan fast.

Speaking during the distribution exercise, the branch chairman, Comrade Sunusi Ibrahim Bichi stated that the initiative was designed to provide relief and encourage members throughout the fasting period. He noted that offering such food assistance not only supports teachers during Ramadan but also boosts their morale and commitment to their teaching responsibilities.

He concluded by wishing all teachers a blessed Ramadan and prayed for the acceptance of their acts of worship.
