Maikalwa Primary School Teachers Repair Borehole as Sadaqatul Jariya, Restore Water Supply
Teachers of Maikalwa Primary School have pooled personal funds to repair the school’s damaged borehole, bringing relief to pupils and staff who had been facing acute water shortages.
Speaking on the initiative, the Head Teacher, Ibrahim Ahmad, described the gesture as highly commendable, noting that it reflects unity, dedication, and genuine concern for the development of the school.
He explained that the teachers regard their collective contribution toward fixing the borehole as Sadaqatul Jariya—a continuous act of charity whose benefits will endure for the school, its pupils, and the wider community.
According to him, the restored water facility will significantly improve hygiene standards, ease teaching and learning activities, and enhance the overall welfare of students within the school environment.
The Head Teacher concluded by appreciating the teachers for their selfless effort and called on other stakeholders to support similar interventions aimed at advancing the school’s growth.
