GSS Goron Dutse Old Boys Class of 2006 Honours Umar Yusuf Danmari as Best Teacher of the Year
The Old Boys of Government Secondary School (GSS) Goron Dutse, Class of 2006, have honoured Malam Umar Danmari as the Best Teacher of the Year during an event held on Sunday, May 31, 2026.
Speaking at the occasion, the Class Chairman stated that the award was presented to Malam Umar Danmari in recognition of his exceptional dedication, sincerity, and commitment to teaching, as well as the valuable guidance he provided during their formative years. He described the teacher as someone who taught them with honesty and a strong sense of responsibility, while also offering life-changing advice that has contributed significantly to their personal growth and success.
He further noted that Malam Umar played a crucial role in shaping their lives, adding that many of them have experienced remarkable progress due to the lessons and counsel they received from him.
The Chairman also expressed appreciation to all teachers of GSS Goron Dutse for their contributions to the development of their students.
