Eid Message: NUT Kano Chairman Greets Governor, Teachers, Commends Union Leadership Across 44 LGAs
The Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT), Kano State Wing, Comrade Baffa Ibrahim Garko, has extended warm Eid greetings to the Governor of Kano State, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, members of the Kano State House of Assembly, and the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Sunusi Lamido Sunusi, as well as leaders across the 44 Local Government Areas of the state.
In his message, Comrade Garko also felicitated with key stakeholders in the education sector, particularly the Commissioner for Education, Dr. Ali Haruna Makoda, all teachers across Kano State, their branch executives, and the Muslim Ummah worldwide on the occasion of the Eid celebration.
He expressed profound appreciation to the leadership of NUT across the 44 Local Government branches for their unity, dedication, and unwavering support to teachers. He specifically commended their efforts in providing Ramadan assistance and carrying out humanitarian services, especially in supporting the families of deceased teachers.
Comrade Garko concluded with prayers for the acceptance of the faithful’s عبادات (acts of worship), asking Allah to count them among those who are forgiven and chosen among His righteous servants.
