AOPSHON Presents Certificates to Newly Appointed Gwale Branch Executives, Charges Them on Dedicated Service

Kano, July 6, 2026 – The Kano State chapter of the Association of Primary School Head Teachers of Nigeria (AOPSHON) has officially presented certificates of office to its newly appointed executives for the Gwale Local Government Branch.

The certificates were presented on Monday by the State Assistant Secretary of AOPSHON, Comrade Ibrahim Abdulhamid on behalf of the State Secretary Comrade Bilkisu T Abdulkadir, who affirmed that the appointments were made in strict compliance with the association’s constitution and based on merit.

Speaking during the presentation ceremony, Comrade Abdulhamid stated that the executives, who were appointed on June 18, 2026, had been duly recognized and certified to commence their official responsibilities in accordance with the provisions of the association’s constitution.

He called on all teachers in Gwale Local Government Area, particularly Head Teachers, to give the newly inaugurated executives their full cooperation and support to promote the development of primary education in the area.

The certificate presentation ceremony took place at the Gwale LGEA Headquarters under the leadership of the Assistant State Secretary of AOPSHON and other state officials.

The event was attended by the Education Secretary of Gwale LGEA, Comrade Mukhtar Inuwa, who congratulated the new executives and urged them to discharge their responsibilities with diligence, integrity, fairness, and the fear of God.

He emphasized that committed and transparent leadership would strengthen the association and contribute significantly to improving the standard of primary education in Gwale Local Go vernment Area.
